- Key roles, responsibilities and governance structures
- Project Initiation Documents (PIDs) and charters
2. Weeks 3–4: PRINCE2 & Structured Frameworks
- PRINCE2 principles, themes and processes
- Managing stages, tolerances and exceptions
- Quality management and change control
- Applying PRINCE2 to a real-world project scenario
3. Weeks 5–6: Agile, Scrum & Hybrid Approaches
- The Agile manifesto and 12 principles
- Scrum: roles (PO, SM, Dev Team), ceremonies and artefacts
- Sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives
- Kanban boards, WIP limits and flow management
4. Weeks 7–8: Planning, Risk & Capstone
- Risk identification, probability/impact scoring and registers
- Stakeholder mapping and communication strategies
- Gantt charts, critical path and resource planning
- Capstone project presentation and peer review
